SkincareStories ships to the following countries:
Countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Enjoy FREE shipping within EU.
Non-EU countries and International: Norway, Switzerland, UK, USA and United Arab Emirates. Flat shipping rate of 20€ or FREE when you buy more than 1 item.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours on weekdays. However, during peak seasons, this can extend up to 2-5 business days. Delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days within EU and 7-21 days for international delivery.
These estimates do not account for potential delays, such as payment authorization, local post office strikes, international customs issues, or additional country-specific duties or taxes. SkincareStories is not responsible for customs delays or fees beyond our control.
Certain delivery methods may require a signature. If you're unavailable, the carrier may request a redelivery or you may need to collect the package. If unclaimed within the carrier's set timeframe (typically 7 days), items will return to us, and any redelivery costs will be your responsibility.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Additional duties and taxes may apply upon receiving your shipment. These are to be paid by the recipient. SkincareStories is not obliged to inform customers of these costs or to provide refunds for them.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your shipment's delivery. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
For a valid return:
Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or defective items are exceptions.
Purchases made from retail partners are not eligible for return through our platform. Refunds are granted only for items bought via www.skincarestories.com.
Return costs, including shipping, customs fees, and taxes, are borne by the customer. Refunds are typically processed within 3 days after we receive the returned items. However, depending on the payment systems, it might take up to 30 days.

REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
We advise using a traceable shipping method or purchasing insurance for returns, as we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.

What if my order is undelivered or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to assist and ensure you receive your order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately with your new address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
